一、情态动词后不是接动词原形吗？

三、怎么玩？是to play还是to playing?
请看题：─Grandpa has changed a lot.
─So he has. He spends more time than he used to ______ games with the children.
play B. playing C. played D. plays
本题正确答案是B，than he used to为状语，状语是句子的分支，如果我们先不看这个状语，只看句子的主干的话： He spends more time______ games with the children，答案就很明显了，spend可构成spend time doing sth/on sth结构。
